My Journey

About Nancy

I have always carried this energy inside me, a feeling I can sense transmitting through my body and through my hands. Maybe the pain I went through transformed into the powerful energy I feel inside today.
For a large part of my childhood, I suffered from PTSD. At 18, I moved to London on my own and built a life I’m truly grateful for. I’ve come to understand that life is a journey — you have to experience the lows and the loneliness to truly appreciate the good.
Sound healing helped me through my PTSD, and the pain I carried for much of my life finally lifted. It allowed me to reconnect with myself and uncover the truest version of who I am.
I developed a deep desire to give back, just as my therapists and psychiatrist once did for me. Throughout my career, I found purpose in mentoring and helping others grow. One powerful moment was leading group meditations during team briefs. For many, it was their first time meditating, and the response was truly gratifying.
That small beginning grew into a Europe-wide meditation initiative I was honored to lead — and in that, I found my calling.

Trusting my heart lead me to Nepal, where I became IPHM- certified in sound healing and sound meditation.

Today I hold space for others on their healing journeys, using the power of sound to balance the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy in the body -

because everything you seek lies within you.

In Sanskirt nāda means sound, tone or vibration. Nāda represents primordial sound or cosmic vibration from which the universe originates.

The goal is to tune into the inner sound (anāhata nāda) that leads to inner still ness, balance, and union with the divine.
So in essence, Nāda is not just any sound, it is a sacred vibration believed to have the power to heal, transform, and awaken.
The Nada Space was created to hold and honor this process.
In Spanish, nāda means “nothing” - yet within that nothingness, lies everything. With every breath, every vibration and every moment of silence, we come closer to who we truly are.
Because everything you seek lies within you.
